I started my real estate journey when I was a kid and Work’d on my dad’s construction company as a builder, after many years, hard work and consistent learning, I begin develop and build. I love what I’m doing because it gives me the chance to create a win-win situation for all party’s involved, and help people make things simple.

Rinat is the office manager and transaction coordination for the company. She will walk side by side with you until closing on the property and handle all the paperwork. Rinat is always available to any question
Jennifer (Title and escrow – Element title)
Jennifer is the assigned escrow officer on behalf of Element title, and has a lot of experience dealing with all types of transactions. Element title is a neutral party and their job is to facilitate the transaction from A to Z from collecting documents and funds to recording and changing title.
